- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis - Important Information
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- The Balloon soars to heights of up to 300 meters, equivalent to the height of a towering 100-storey building.
- Food,
beverages, and alcohol are prohibited onboard the flight.
- Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
- Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has Heart problems / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
- Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
- Each flight lasts approximately 10 minutes. Total experience duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queue management. Please allow for potential extended time during peak periods.

Good expensive ambience and super expensive prices even after sale cuts ... did not find anything worth its utility value . however great place and great ambience for a good walkaround . All famous brands available . The aquarium is within the mall and its underwater tunnel is the highight of the same , some other exhibits also were great . overall a great experience

The Dubai Balloon At Atlantis was the best opportunity to capture enjoy Atlantis resort and Dubai's iconic skyline. The morning light bathed everything in a golden hue, creating picture-perfect moments at every turn. The ride was steady and smooth.
Participating in The Dubai Balloon At Atlantis was easy and convenient because of Rayna Tours. It was calm and relaxing while drifting gently in the sky. The views of the Atlantis resort and the sparkling Gulf waters were mesmerizing. The morning hours for the activity was very rejuvenating.
Taking the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis with my family was fun and enjoyable. My kids were thrilled to see Dubai’s striking landmarks from the hot air balloon. For me, the excitement and joy on their faces was priceless. The pilot truly offered a smooth ride and also share interesting facts about the surroundings.
It was a romantic escapade like no other for me and my partner. Floating above the azure waters of the Persian Gulf, with the Atlantis resort as the backdrop was a truly magical experience. The calm weather during the morning made it a perfect sunrise date.
Some views are worth dying for! And the panoramic view of the stunning Palm Jumeirah is one of those. For that, this Dubai Balloon At Atlantis was absolutely perfect. The view of the captivating Atlantis resort and the vast Arabian Gulf that we enjoyed as the hot air balloon took off was surreal.
They made all the arrangements for comfortable sightseeing of dubai. Zeeshan Ayub, the driver who was with us was very polite, and was on time, for pickup and drop.

We had just arrived in Dubai and we asked our hotel travel guide for best way to see Dubai and this tour was suggested. Wow it was on from the start, on time pick up,saw the old side from it humble beginning to its current development and future. Visiting various sites with time to listen and see ending in Dubai Mall. This was a highlight for our visit and gave us the confidence to self explore using the metro. Well done highly recommend.
Hi I am Dr. Suresh.S.R having booked with Rayna tours & travels for a tour of Dubai was a splendid experience as it was a first for us . My family of 4 totally had a good n relaxed time , as Mr Jatin the inbound manager who was of great help as to arranging of visas at such short notice and to have planned all the 5 days of our tour with perfection from the airport transfers , and during all the packages we were picked n dropped back to our hotel on time ., n enjoyed all the packages which was tailor made by Mr Jatin to suit our family pace . we did not miss a thing in Dubai . well having Xmas in the middle east DUBAI was an out of the world experience . my wife n kids eatin n shoppinn seein Dubai during Xmas was soul filling .they say they wanna come back every Xmas .
