City Sightseeing Tour - Highlights
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

City Sightseeing Tour - Important Information
- The daytime tour offers the perfect orientation to Dubai with pre-recorded commentary available in 12 languages.

- Departures every 25 to 30 minutes depend upon the selected route.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Vouchers are redeemable at various City Sightseeing locations in the Dubai Mall (bus parking), the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Atlantis, The Palm, the JBR Beach (close to KFC Restaurant), and Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
- Following the ticket redemption, guests can hop on at any designated attraction along the route. However, this does not apply to the Sunset and Night Tour, which operates as a single loop.
- City Sightseeing buses are wheelchair-accessible.
- Duration: Red route: 1 hour 30 min
- Blue route: 2 Hours 10 min
- Sunset and Night Tour: 2 Hours

Unforgettable UAE experience, thanks to Rayna Tours Tour was well planned, we stopped at all Dubai Hotspots. Tour guides were knowledgeable and made the trip exciting with their jokes and well thought of puns. They stopped at places at the most ideal times to allow us the best photo opportunities. Shout out to Vinay Punjabi, who assisted in planning multiple trips for us, such and the dubai city tour, abu dhabi city tour, dhow cruise, yacht cruise, and the desert safari. The vehicles used were clean and spacious with the drivers all friendly and accommodating. Will Definitely make use of Rayna Tours again.
Terrible communication with the tour coordination team. However, my tour agent Ashish is very good and the tour so far is successful because of him. With Whatsap call not available in Dubai, communicating with the drivers and tour agents is nightmare. Tushar, Vishal are multiple agents who interacted with me as tour operation team. This is my 3rd visit to Dubai and all coordinated with Rayna. I requested the names of the owner or the manager who heads this team to escalate the issue , and I am still not able to get his name. I would rate Ashish high rating, but rest of the team as terrible.. And another issue is the English capability of the drivers. Had 7 drivers in 3 days. Some of the drivers were rude and few of them very good. On my 1st day from Airport to Hotel, the drive was constantly talking to a stranger passenger/ his friend, constantly in hindi without caring for the us, the visitors. This is supposed to be private ride. It would be interesting, to see if the quality team will reach out to me for further feedback. Ravi Kumar ..USA.

Our guide Ali Basit was fantastic and so was our driver Amjad. It was a full day of hopping on/off bus, abra and monorail, plus some walking in between. We kept to the time and were able to cover a lot of sights in Dubai. I would recommend this to anyone who is short on time but want to see as much of Dubai as possible.
Our guide Sakali was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were taken to many interesting places as well as tailored the tour to include places we requested. We were given time to explore and take photos if we wished. Would recommend this sight seeing tour especially in hotter summer months.
Our guide Aadil Amin gave a very nice tour of old and new Dubai. He was very knowledgeable with standard tour information as well as answering our specific questions about life in the city and the history of the region. Aadil also helped us find a nice place for lunch that was tasty and affordable. Our driver Rahay Ali made us feel very safe. Thank you both.
Savio our sightseeing tour guide was amazing. He made our Dubai tour so much interesting and memorable one. He is very down to earth, patient, knowledgeable and respectful. I booked the tour last minute and the team at Rayna Tours was very accommodating. They still managed to provide pickup. The tour bus itself was comfortable and clean. What made it informative and fun was our tour guide. Mr. Adnan Sabir communicated welland had dry sense of humour which was very engaging. It is cheaper to book locally than through Expedia. Da wir nur kurz in Dubai waren haben wir uns zu einer 4 stà¼ndigen Tour von Rayna Day Tours and Travels à¼berreden lassen. Leider waren wir von dieser Tour sehr enttà¤uscht. Man spà¼rte, dass die Hitze und der gerade begonnene Ramadan aufs Gemà¼t schlugen. Viele Sehenswà¼rdigkeiten sah man nur von Weitem aus dem (schlecht klimatisierten, engen) Auto. Der hà¶he Punkt der Enttà¤uschung war aber als sie uns zu irgendwelchen Teppichlà¤den fà¼hrten welche uns ihre Ware andrehen wollten. Man verbrachte mehr Zeit in diesen Là¤den als sonst wo. Im Nachhinein wà¼rden wir eher die (sehr teure) Hop on Hop off Tour buchen. Am nà¤chsten Tag machten wir noch eine Quad Bike Tour (hatten wir bereits gebucht). Mit dem Quad à¼ber die Dà¼nen zu flitzen machte Spass. Doch leider gab es auch hier einen Stop bei einem Souvenir Hà¤ndler. Der Fahrer war nicht sehr gut gelaunt, da er auf seine Zigaretten verzichten musste. Alles in allem wà¼rden wir nicht mehr bei Rayna Tours buchen.
My family from USA just landed Dubai with kids and the way Rayna had arranged the tour plan , it was simply awesome and highly commendable. We covered the following and marvelous clicks specially in front of the Tallest tower. Simply better than the best service !!!!
You want to visit Dubai then Rayna Tours LLC must be your tour operator. They give you value for money. Tension free service, prompt pickup, good hotel accomodation,excellent drivers to take you around. Our tour was handled by Mr. Mohammed Amzad who was just a call away. Any last minute changes in our schedule or request and he promptly handled it for us with cheer. I would definite like to use their service again and will recommend my friends to do so too
I would like to recommend Rayna Tours and Travels , Dubai for their best services and accomodation provided as per your requirement with very economical rates. They conduct sight seeing tour packages also and handle your visa requirement with ease. They gave me confirmed hotel booking of my choice with in 15 mins flat. The Dubai Tour we took was excellent. Our drive/tour guide Mr Sufyan was extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the Dubai City & showed us around in an efficient way. Would highly recommend taking the tour for tourist who are a bit confused about where to go in Dubai.

Raja umair or fawad made sure we had the time of our lives. This was our first time in Dubai and this experience is a MUST! We got a sightseeing tour on the way to the camp. The sand jumping was great. We have a 1 year old who aaa laughing and having fun the whole time. We rode the buggys and were able to switch drivers half way through so that was great. The food was delicious and there was so much of it. The love show was spectacular especially the fire breather, he blew us away. Overall we would definitely do this again. Go book it now!!

We opted for a private tour to take out all the hassle of having to find our own way about. We chose our main stops: gold souk; Dubai wheel; hospital I was born at; Atlantic (Inc Aquarium); finished by drop off to Jumeira A'salam for an exquisite mexican dinner (and stunning views of the hotel). Highly recommended - our driver was very helpful.
