The Dubai full day trip was fantastic. Our tour guide Zayed Ali arrived on time, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Dubai, the history of the UAE as well as many other topics. He was very flexible with our schedule and offered suggestions for us to choose from. He is quite a good photographer and knows just the right spot to capture a photo. He is an expert tour guide and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Beautiful structure, and especially striking at night. Tickets to the top were reasonably priced in otherwise expensive Dubai. We visited during high season and the line was quite long, so that was the only negative.

I went to Dubai frame with my family. Their driver did not come to pick up after dropping. I tried calling several times to make a contract but there was no response and no one was picking up the call

Do not use this operator!!! I bought two tickets and got to Dubai Frame and when it was scanned they said it had already been used and I could not go up.

Firstly, we did not directly book for Rayna services but booked through Tour and trip service organiser. I would say rayna team is more disciplined and punctual. However, few things which would suggest to improve are (a) refreshment in bus/ taxi to be provided especially when eating inside is not allowed and time to have outside is very limited (b) they are more stringent in terms of timing but at times when outside people visit Dubai and reach late in night for check in then they should be little flexible in terms of timing (C) their internal coordination was lacking at times especially when two three visits are scheduled for a person around at same time or so. Besides above, their service is very well and we are happy.

Totally worth for every penny... even though the wether was under the roof but still acceptable. We went for king palace , the Dubai frame , the historic paces , arts centre , gold seok , spices market , Jeremiah palm, dubai mall .. everything was really amazing ... Especially the arts centre , art piece are miracle and mind blowing!! We will really consider to re-visit again ! Thanks for the great memories for my unforgetfull vacation !! We would like to thank our tour guide Mr Savio who are patiently explain everything to us and the drive Mr Salid really took extra care for all of us !!

I was welcomed by Mr Zeeshan Ayub at Dubai Airport and he performed my airport transfer. He was very cordial and helpful. In fact, I left my mobile in his car and he was kind enough to keep it until arrangements were made to collect the same by Mr Asif Yaqub, another driver who willfully and respectably took all the trouble, with a genuine concern. On top of that, he charged the said phone! Truly, incredible service and dedicated staff and yeah Dubai is one amongst the safest country to visit hats off guys! You've gained my respect

This was the worst tour i had in my life and we paid for it 80 euros per person ( the tour was organized by our hotel tour guy ) Had high hopes and expectations to see all the city attractions, but the only thing we got were photo stops and most of them from behind ( Dubai Frame, Museum of the future, Burj al Arab ). Those photo stops also weren't more than 5-10 minutes tops, just rushing from one place to another and the tour guide wasn't friendly at all. We had a little more time only in the Mosque and in the Mercato mall (20-25 minute break). And don't see the point putting JBR skyline from Palm Jumeraih because we didn't see more than just model of it inside the building . Also, while visiting Burj Al Arab, we were stuck on some fence restricted area like sheeps so we can take a photo of it from the big distance and behind?! No, thank you, never again with this tour agency! DO NOOT BOOK .

Sathis was a very friendly and helpful person. He came on time to pick me up. As he was driving he pointed out some of the sites of Dubai. While waiting for the bus at Zabeel Palace, he took some photos for me. I can strongly recommend him as a very helpful and approachable person.

I have come to Dubai for the second time, with a couple of family members who have never been to Dubai before. We had booked the tour from our hotel, and that's when we were greeted by Toseef Ghaffar. Toseef took us to see various sites, including beaches, markets and various other sightseeing places. He was kind, understanding and patient (I'm happy he was patient as we had an elderly person with us). He took us very quickly from place to place and his hospitality was very much welcome. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We received our e-tickets a day before our tour. Had friendly dealings with tour operator. Just show up at Frame with e-ticket. Had Best view of Old Dubai and new Dubai. It has glass floors to walk on too, if you are not scared of glass floor that high up.

Dubai Frame is an architectural brilliance that testifies Dubai’s vision and accomplishment in the field of tourism. The complex design on the facade and the attention to detail in its interior display elegance and grandeur.

We had one of the best spots in Dubai Frame to enjoy sunset views. Watching the mesmerizing sunset over Dubai's skyline was an unforgettable experience.

It was a fabulously experience. I booked desert safari with evening show, transfer from the hotel with snacks n dinner. The driver was on time and at the hotel and within an hour we were at the desert. He played music in his car while he took me on the sand dunes in high speed. It was thrilling and I had a great time. Then it was time for belly dance and some basic snacks, followed by few performances and dinner. A half day activity and total value for money.

The Dubai Frame was a lot of fun for our whole family (kids aged 23-5). The surrounding park is really nice and going up to the top was very cool. I think we spent under 2 hours there. Definitely add it to your sightseeing list!

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Dubai abbiamo prenotato questa crociere di due ore sul creek. Siamo stati prelevati dall'hotel e, una volta imbarcati sul dhow, ci é stato assegnato il tavolo. Durante la cena, che é stata buona, abbiamo goduto del panorama che si vede dal creek, in particolare sul bel quartiere persiano di Al Fahidi. Unica nota negativa: pensavamo che avremmo avuto un tavolo solo per noi invece i tavoli erano da quattro o pi๠persone salvo pochi tavoli da due prenotati.

Amazing site to see in-peson. I wanted to make sure I saw this frame when I went to Dubai and I did. I was pressed doe time si I didn't go up but the day was very foggy so the views would have been not very good. It's a must visit however.

Extremely delighted to visit the Dubai Frame. This stunning design of this structure is impeccable. We enjoyed exploring the museum and gallery at the ground floor. It was fascinating to learn how Dubai got transformed into such a bustling city from a small village. After getting awestruck at the ground floor, we took the elevator and reached the top of the Dubai Frame from where we enjoyed two stark difference of Dubai’s side – the modern one and the old one. Taking the walkway that connects the two towers was quite thrilling. The floor is made of glass and when looking down, you can see everything down on the road. Have to say that we loved the Dubai Frame very much.

So I booked a tour last night, the Burj khalifa and Dubai frame together and chose a specific date being 21st October. Once I made payment on the tickets the date was 24th September. TODAY! not even in Dubai, anyway I contacted the company via there website chat to receive no help and told that I could cancel, amended or get s refund. Even 10 minutes after booking apparently this was to late. I stated I don't want a refund just simply to change the dates. Just to remind you I'm 100% certain I did not put my date as TODAY 24th September. I tried to contact them through email and again received no help and was just told they can't do anything. So £90 just thrown away for something I did not do. I used this company because it has the cheapest price but I advise anyone to use a reputable company such a Viator.

It does not take more than a second to find Rayan on the internet, I request a tourist visa to Dubai, after 2 days I receive it on my mail, amazing online service

This place is situated inside the Dubai Creek park very near to Dubai frame building. Both the places can be covered together on the same day. The show is around 30 to 40 minutes with some amazing stunts by the seal and dolphins. Book your seats online in advance and enjoy the show. Kids will have a great time in this place. By paying extra money, we can even touch the dolphins after the show and take photos with them.

My sister and I visited Dubai and wanted an overview of the city. This was such a great tour. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with limited time who wants to see the major sites. While they call it a half day tour, it is more than that. It starts in the early afternoon with the hotel pick up and we didn't get back till about 8 pm. It was such a big day and we saw so much! We went to ˜old' Dubai first. This included the museum, the Creek including a boat trip and a small wrap for lunch. There was water provided too. We visited the spice and gold souks too. The second half of the tour was modern Dubai and that was terrific too. It included the Palm and ended with the Dubai Fountains. The tour guide was efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very funny!

The diference is absurd and i cannot recommend enough using Rayna services. 1. Clear and simple website. The prices and quotes are immediate 2. Immediate online support trought a online chat that took seconds to be online with someone on the other side. 3. Uploaded the documents on the chat ... 4. In minutes my VISA was paid and my documents were confirmed and uploaded, and i had all register on emails received from them. 5. In 4 days, wich 2 were weekend, my VISA was on my email. CLEAN AND SIMPLE, EFFORTLESS. My regards to Praveen Kumar for the excelente service. For reference, and comparing to Emirates official agencie ... A. VFS does not have a phone line or chat support. It takes 24h for them to response. B. VFS charges +/- $300 of a deposit , wich we believed was a official UAE requirement and its clear, trought Rayna ´s visa, that it was not (wtf ??!! ), but a scheme from the agency. When you are a family, that represents more the $1.000 hold on your card that VFS spins on they side. C. I had booked burj khalifa and Dubai frame package through their website only to get to know that what they charged (showing this much discounts and all) was way more than the actual prices! Never book from here they fool you by showing discounted prices whereas they are charging double the prices. Dubai frame costed me 50 AED only when I purchased from the ticker counter in Dubai. And @Rayna they were charging just the double to sort out their commission. And my money is still stuck. Haven't received my refund amount it's been 10 days now. Customer support is horrible they can't respond to your queries and nothing like a corporate. Never book from them. They are scammers.!

We rented a car from Rayna Tours to get around Dubai city last April 15. We purposely wanted our own car so that we can go to the places that we specifically want to go. 1st comment: Our scheduled pick up time was 10:30am but the driver arrived late. We asked the Rayna tour assistant from Ibis hotel to contact Rayna where is our driver and after several minutes he said they cannot contact the mobile phone of our assigned driver. That was a big booboo. Finally Anas, our driver arrived around 11:00-11:05am without any apology and explanation. 2nd comment: We gave him a list of the places we wanted to go. He immediately wanted to change some of the places we wanted to go. Example we wanted to go to Atlantis The Palm first but he insisted that we go to the Souk first. I have been to Dubai 3 times and based on my experience, I felt that it is better to go in the afternoon coz it is not too hot, but the driver was insistent. He repeatedly said that he will take us to more places and better places without paying attention to our list. Later on we got tired of arguing and followed his lead. 3rd comment: On our way to our first destination, the souk, he was talking with someone on the phone the entire time! No joke. We really did not care what it was about, but in my personal opinion it is quite rude to be always on the phone in a car full of guests. Just saying. 4th comment: After dropping us off at the Souk, we talked about where we will be picked up. After about an hour, we tried calling him that we were already done. But gosh it was so hard to contact him at first. Then we suddenly remembered that he was talking to someone on the phone all the time that's why. After more than 5 tries, we were able to finally contact him. We asked many times over Where are you? His quick reply was I come over to pick you up on the side of the road It was so annoying because the road was VERY long and we did not know where to specifically wait for him. Where are we supposed to wait? We are tourists. We are not familiar with the place. Finally we decided to just wait outside Rak Bank because it was quite visible. We told him about the bank and his reply was still the same I come over to pick you up on the side of the road. GUESS WHAT. He arrived more than 1 hour later!!! The guard at Rak Bank was a witness that we waited for soooo long outside the bank sitting on the floor under the scorching heat of the sun. This was the worst part --He was NOT apologetic at all. In fact he was MAD! I was very surprised for him to act rudely. He kept on saying that police fined him 500aed because he waited for us outside another Rak Bank. It was not our fault because he did not specify where exactly we would wait. We were even the ones who suggested at first that we wait outside Rak Bank because his instructions were not clear. He just kept on saying I come over to pick you up on the side of the road. So confusing. He is a representative for Rayna and he should not act rudely. 5th comment: We were already running out of time due to the late pick up of our driver at the souk. We were tired and hungry as it was already almost 2pm. We wanted to be in a hurry to finish the other places on our list. But guess what, he still insisted on bringing us to the Islamic Art Center. We are not interested on looking at carpets and other trinkets but he kept on saying only 15 minutes. We are familiar with these places that sell expensive stuff and they normally give commissions to drivers who bring guests there. We had no choice but to get down and listen to the sales talk. I felt like we were on a group tour which I really hate. We got our own car to make sure that we dont go to places like this. But the driver was insistent that we go although this place was not on our list. I have tried Rayna Tours many times but I give this car service 1 star only.

Rayna tours is having a negligence for visa processing of the clients PARTNERS TRAVEL AND TOURS a travel agency in ILOILO CITY Philippines and no one of there live chat care for help , even they have time to process...They dont care about the customers...hassle and money loss...they care there profit...MR PRASAD GADADE is the one of process the visa..even email at the management dont answer the said complain...and we want to process the visa again to waive the charges , they want to charge this again...even at there negligence...so i would advise all the custome be aware of this company and until now they dont refund the visa charge that customer wants to refund... Mukesh Jaiswal provided excellent service, from providing a most appropriate visa for the duration of our stay, to following up of requirements. Me and my wife had a great day ! The tour guide was really nice guy, and kept all of us entertained. well, we booked the Marina Dhow Cruise, thinking it would be a fun evening on the water with some good food and entertainment thrown in. Company also picks you up from hotel- so convenient - NOT. Pick up was scheduled for between 7 and 7,30pm with cruise departing 8,30. Horrible old clunky minivan eventually arrived at 8,10 full of grumpy passengers with one more pick up to make. despite driver using GPS, managed to get lost on way to marina and arrived at 8,45. Boarded boat which was half full, many empty dinner tables and were told price was cheaper since advertised belly dancing was not available, fair enough.... dinner was buffet style and adequate kind of sums it up. Cruise up and down Dubai marina was great, picturesque and spectacular views. Docked on time at 10,30 (despite leaving late!!) and back in ancient minivan for the 10 minute ride back to hotel. Wife suggested we took cab, i said the van is free, we'll take it - BIG MISTAKE driver took wrong turning on motorways several times managed to get so lost we ended up wandering around in the desert and took over an hour to get back to hotel, ended up pleading with driver to drop us off anywhere we could find a cab that knew where the hell we were and could take us back Absolute shambles and never ever again. if you do go, get there yourself - cruise is ok but transfer there is a definate no no

My Experience with Rayna Tours towards arranging Visit Visa for Dubai has been mixed. Initially I got to communicate with a sales agent who was not good at English hence communication was not effective, then I got Ms Swati who took over my case from her colleague and she provided me with excellent feedback and information in a professional manner.

For the securement of our visa until our return back to jeddah, I didn't worry a bit. The package that we took was 4 days and 3 nights with additional burj khalifa. All through out the days we spent, I enjoyed it a lot. We are accomodated at Palm Beach Hotel - cosy and nice. I love their punctuality - I never get bored. Our city tour is informative - our tour guide is witty and intelligent. Our dessert safari was more fun with a touch of excitement. Mr. Ali our guide, makes me feel safe inspite of the dangerous turns me have. The dinner was fine for me. Since I am not fond of arabic food, still able to enjoy it. Our 3rd day in burj khalifa anf dhow cruise nees not to be miss out. We are lucky because during that dinner ther was a firecracker display in celebration for eid. With this experience, it is really worth the money spent. Our trip to Dubai, a place one had heard off since 1970, is a marvel of modern day technology in all spheres. Our trip was extremely well organised by RAYNA TOURS & TRAVELS. The desert safari , Bar be que dinner along with a cultural show - Belly Dancing , the Dhow cruise, day city tour were fabulous,and we enjoyed them. Our tour coordinator Mr Amzad was always fast to respond to our calls. We really enjoyed every moment of it.

We very in a panic mode at the start of the tour when we started from sweden before our arrival to dubai, It was a life time experience for us, everything was well planned. Mr.Jatin had taken special care in calling us and being in touch with the tour itinerary, the drivers and the tour guides were very friendly and gave us a very efficient explanation of the trips in dubai. We were in Hotel Ewa, it is a very good hotel, good service and friendly receptionists. The Desert safari was a life time experience, Next day we went to Abu dhabi, it was a marvelous experience looking at the mosque and chandeliers, Dove cruise was awesome a breath taking fireworks followed by the cruise. The last day was the dubai tour, it was a wonderful guided tour by Mr.Aziz, Overall it was a very happy, adventurous and a memorable experience.
