We're a group of 3 ladies who went to UAE for a 10 day trip. This was our first time in UAE so we were looking for some local tour company to provide us transfer services and day tour packages and Rayna came across my searches. They have pretty good reviews from costumers all over the world so we chose them. Mr. Sameer was the focal point with whom we discussed our itineraries (thank you for all your support!). He was attentive and quick in response. Everything was quite smooth. Visa application was simple, took a bit of time for them to sent the approved visa to us but it was fine. Quality of services in the UAE were good overall but not very consistent. We enjoyed the tours in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. We really appreciated that they booked for us the ticket to Burj Khalifa at 5:30pm so we could be able to see Dubai at day and night, plus the fountain show and sunset. Transfer service was quite good except for one time we were picked up by an old lousy van from the airport to Abu Dhabi. If we come back to UAE, we will use their services again.

I contacted the company to apply for a visa for my mother. They were very helpful and the online process makes it very easy. Ms sharayu was really helpful and answering my questions on email. The whole process didn't take much time and im satisfied with the services. Will for sure recommend them to my friends.

Person who was suppose to pick us up wasn't there to meet us at the airport. have to call CS. Came after 20 minutes wait and then he wasn't happy. I'm guessing he didn't like me calling his office. wasn't even courteous to help with luggage or even opening door of van. Booked Sea view room could hardly see a sea. We have to cut short our trip due to my wife's health. Refund took for ever. Wouldn't recommed to my family

great experience, only down side they try and scam more & more money during the tours. They send you to their kick back friends for dress code s, food etc. No mention of that when you do the booking in their desk at the hotel lobby. We found them quite dishonest

We took a tour of the old part of Dubai and Jumeirah with Mr Adnan Sabir and Mr Ali Asad. It was an amazing experience to do with the family and friends. We learned a lot from the explanations they gave us and the kids found the tour very appealing and fun.

Amrish and Alisha , the guides were very kind, friendly, patient, respectful and fun, they made a very pleasant ride, the tour was pleasant, the truck was very comfortable with air conditioning, They gave us enough time to enjoy each place and they explained everything to us very well.
